Mayweather to fight Maidana

LAS VEGAS. — Floyd Mayweather Jnr is set to face Marcos Maidana for the second time when he returns to the ring this autumn. The pound-for-pound No. 1 was given a tough test when the pair met at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in May, before winning on points.
And Mayweather confirmed they will meet again on September 13.

Speaking at the BET Awards in Los Angeles, he said: “September 13, back to business, Marcos Maidana vs Floyd Mayweather Part II. “Then in May, I’ll have a big surprise for you.”
