Kadye says since his suspension, he was never been formally charged or advised of the charges he faces.

He was placed on an indefinite suspension and his lawyers argue that the action by Dynamos was in violation of his rights.

In a letter dated February 28, the lawyers argue that the suspension period has been too long and Kadye should go back to work.

“It is disturbing to note that you unlawfully suspended our client for an unreasonably long time. The reason for the suspension is unknown to our client.

“We wish to state categorically clear that the indefinite suspension of our client is unlawful and a grave violation of our client’s rights,” read part of the letter.

They arfe claiming US$27 780 in winning bonusses and salaries from 2010 to 2013.
Kadye’s lawyers threatened to file a lawsuit against DeMbare if his demands were not met by next Monday.

“We have instructed to demand as we hereby do, the immediate payment of our client’s dues and his reinstatement to his former position.

“Should we not hear from you within the next seven working days, we shall proceed to sue without further notice to you,” said the lawyers.
