The recently held 2025 Castle Lager Braai Fest would be incomplete without mentioning the roadshows held across the country.

Merry-makers in small and remote areas experienced the annual event through a series of Micro Braai Fests.

Those in small towns also caught the action.

For many, the event had become a Harare affair over the years.

However, this year, the narrative changed, with cities like Masvingo, Marondera, Mutare, Kadoma, Gweru, Bulawayo and even Chitungwiza joining in.

The roadshows were well organized, resulting in 10 Micro Castle Lager Braai events across 10 cities in key braai hotspots throughout Zimbabwe, running every weekend leading up to the big day on                                                                        October 18.

Event organisers enlightened festival-goers about the nature of their initiative, which aims to remain engraved in the minds of many for years to come.

These roadshows gave Castle Lager Braai Fest organisers the opportunity to connect and celebrate with more consumers, who came together as friends to enjoy the cherished braai experience.

“Each micro-event will feature electrifying live performances by top local artists and DJs, creating unforgettable moments that blend great music, mouthwatering braais, and the unmistakable taste of Castle Lager—a brand that has stood the test of time.”

“In a heartfelt gesture of community support, Castle Lager will donate 10 state-of-the-art hospital beds to a local hospital in each city hosting a micro braai event.

“This initiative underscores our commitment to supporting the communities that have embraced the brand over the past 130 years,” the event organisers stated.

To add spark to the whole initiative and even the national final, Enzo Ishall and Killer, who had previously disappointed, were in their usual best.

The event showcased their “bromance” at Glamis Arena with polished performances.

The biggest winner at this year’s edition is none other than Enzo, who has been praised for his loyalty and professionalism.

Enzo Ishall took to the stage, performing alongside other notable artists, including Winky D, Ammara Brown, and DJ Tira.

The event was a testament to Zimbabwe’s vibrant music scene, with attendees dancing and singing along to their favourite tunes.

Castle Lager Braai Fest has become a staple in Zimbabwe’s entertainment calendar, celebrating community, music, and good foo

This year’s event was extra special, marking a decade of bringing people together.

The Micro Braai Fests mirrored the experience, giving communities across the country a chance to engage with the brand and share in the tradition before the national stage lights up.
