Zanu-PF spokesperson Cde Rugare Gumbo confirmed the development Thursday.
“He died around 5 am at West End Clinic. It is difficult to say what caused his death but Cde Karimanzira had cronic diabitis. At the moment we do not know whether or not it is diabitis that took his life. We have to wait for a postmortem,” Cde Gumbo said.
