Minister Mavhunga meets Veterans Community in Lupane

THE Minister of Veterans of the Liberation Struggle Affairs Monica Mavhunga is today (Friday) set to interface with hundreds of Veterans community at Lupane Town Board Hall.

The Veterans community under Minister Mavhunga’s purview includes war veterans, ex-political detainees and restrictees, non-combatant cadres, war collaborators, war victims and heroes/heroines dependents.

The interface will allow Minister Mavhunga to hear the community’s concerns while also giving her an opportunity to lay out the many programmes and plans that her Ministry has for them.

The Minister is also expected to tackle the issue of outstanding school fees payments, which her Ministry has been in engagement with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education.
