BULAWAYO Provincial Affairs Minister Judith Ncube today toured the newly completed $1,2 million dollar expansion project at the Cure children’s hospital, housed at the United Bulawayo Hospitals (UBH).

The minister was led on the tour by the UBH CEO Dr William Busumani and the Cure children’s hospital executive Director Mr Jonathan Simpson.

She was accompanied by members of the Joint Operations Committee (JOC).

The hospital had only been able to cater for 18 patients at a time but will now house Upto 60 children, following the completion of a 40 bed wing which is now ready to take in its first patients and is awaiting certification by the City of Bulawayo.
