Ministry of Health receives ambulances

Government has taken delivery of two ambulances from the Government of Japan which are expected to help improve the provision of health care to marginalised communities.

The two vehicles are part of the prevention of Covid-19 infection among vulnerable women and girls project being implemented in drought affected districts by United Nations Women and funded by Japan.

The two ambulances will be deployed to Mbire and Guruve districts.
