Mokoomba beams up Europe Tour

Top Afro-fusion band Mokoomba has beamed up yet another farewell concert for their biggest tour dubbed “Europe Summer Tour” by including golden boy Bryan K and supreme talent Ryan Koriya tomorrow at New Ambassador Hotel Rooftop. The internationally-acclaimed group will perform in Europe from June 15 to August 22 as part of a tour that will take them to at least seven countries including Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

The group recently made headlines with their historical debut performance at the Apollo Theatre in Harlem, New York.

Mokoomba manager Marcus Gora said Zimbabweans should come in their numbers for a yet another historic send off to their long Europe Summer Tour.

The Europe Summer Tour has become an annual event and the group is ready to head back to Europe after the US and Canada successful tour.

“Join us for yet another exciting farewell rooftop concert for Mokoomba opening with young star Bryan K and supreme talent Ryan Koriya.

“This farewell concert is for our fans, to show them that we appreciate their support and to give them time to interact with the band before they head off.

This is for both the fans and the band to re-connect,” said Gora.

Mokoomba band is made up lead vocalist Mathias Muzaza, Ndaba Moyo (drums and backing vocals), Trustworth Samende (lead guitarist and backing vocals), Donald Moyo (keyboards and backing vocals), Miti Mugande (percussion and backing vocals) and Abundance Mutori (bass guitar and backing vocals) the group has toured more than 50 countries around the globe.
