MPs meet over devolution

The devolution policy is important in the achievement of Vision 2030 and the attainment of a middle income economy.

This came up during a meeting organised by the We Pay, You Deliver consortium, a grouping of residents’ associations across the country and the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Local Government, Public Finance Works, National Housing and Social Amenities Monday.

The meeting is for legislators and is being held in Harare.
