The musicians will be supported by DJs like Godfather Templeman, Gerry B, Storm and Squicky while footballer Shingirai Kawondera will be the guest of honour.
“The event will be in two parts, the first one will be held on Africa Day with the sole aim of celebrating African identity, while on the next day the party continues in the same spirit.
“We are going to have Shingirai Kawondera as our guest of honour because of his cause in uplifting ghetto youths.
“The event will also clash with the football game that will be played here that will include some of the world’s best footballers,” Templeman, who is organising the show, said.
The inclusion of Freeman at the two-day bash is set to add to the appeal of the event with the young rapper having been on top of the music game ever since the release of his hit song “Joina City”.
The song has found favour with a number of people both young and old as it evokes images of the magnificent Joina City situated in Harare.
Jiggaz, on the other hand, has also been doing well and his graph has been on an upward spiral, while Lady Squander has represented female rappers well in the local dancehall circles.
Guspy Warrior took after his famous father Baba Mechanic Manyeruke music-wise, albeit in a different genre and the young artiste has held his own.
King Labash is also another surefire artiste in the realm with his suave style.
Mubako Exclusive Hideout, which resembles a cave. is situated at City Sports Bar in Harare and since its official opening last month following extensive renovations, the joint has become the hottest spot in town.
