YOUTHFUL DJ Laloe emerged victorious in the Black Label DJ Cup Manicaland clash, held at Fourth Street Lounge, Friday night in a fiercely contested competition that attracted more than 20 DJs who battled it out for the coveted prize and an opportunity to represent the province at the national finals.

DJ Mulo claimed first place and will represent Manicaland at the national finals scheduled for later this year, alongside DJ Rose Gold, who finished second.

Rose Gold also made history by becoming the first female contestant to qualify for the national finals, marking a significant milestone for female representation in the competition.

The event, a brainchild of Delta Beverages, which ran through to weekend hours of Saturday was hugely attended and discovered immense talent from seasoned and upcoming disc spinners from Mutare.
