Commenting on the title of the album, he said real life experiences inspired him to pen the songs.

“The album was inspired by what we face as a people in our daily lives, on ‘Chiga chikuru’ I am saying people must learn to look back and see those that have helped them to become whoever they might be in life. It is important to give thanks,” he said.
