MDC-T leader Mr Douglas Mwonzora has been barred from entering Harvest House, the party’s headquarters, by the party’s youth affairs chairman, Mr Shakespear Mukoyi.

When our news crew visited Harvest House this afternoon, the entrance was blocked, while Mr Mukoyi was seen inside the party headquarters as he carried out his duties.

A high-ranking opposition official who was standing at the main entrance confirmed the development.

“We are yet to get Mr Mukoyi’s position. He is inside the building, but the party leader, Mr Mwonzora, is nowhere to be seen. Mr Mukoyi just instructed the security team at the party offices to block Mr Mwonzora from entering the building,” said the official.

Efforts to contact both Mr Mwonzora and Mr Mukoyi were fruitless as they were not answering their mobile phones.
