ZIMBABWEAN midfielder Marvelous Nakamba made his first start and played the entire 90 minutes for Luton Town in the English Championship as the Hatters drew 1-1 against Coventry City at Coventry Building Society Arena yesterday.

Having made his debut appearance off the bench when Luton Town defeated Stoke City 1-0 Nakamba played his first 90 minutes for the Hatters.
It was the first 90 minutes for Nakamba in competitive football this season after struggling for game time at Aston Villa where he never featured in any of the Claret and the Blue matches in the league and cup competitions.
Nakamba was forced to seek a move away from Villa Park on deadline day after being informed by Unai Emery that he was not in his plans for this season and Luton Town took him on loan until the end of the season.
Tom Lockyer gave Luton Town a brilliant start after scoring in the first minute. Luton Town held onto the lead until Matt Godden slotted in a penalty for the home side just before half-time.
Coventry City ended with 10 players on the field after Josh Wilson-Esbrand was sent off in the 85th minute.
Luton Town are fourth on the Championship with 49 points and if they maintain their position, they will qualify for playoffs for qualification to the English Premier League. -@Mdawini_29
