WASHINGTON Navaya is knocking on the door of history!
The Hardrock marksman has taken his goal tally to 15, leaving him just two goals shy of the 17-goal haul that won him the Golden Boot and Soccer Star of the Year award last season.
With Navaya finding the net with remarkable consistency, the big question now is: can he do it all over again?
The Warriors striker is enjoying another red-hot campaign, and his form has been one of the major talking points of the season.
But there is more to Hardrock’s attacking threat than Navaya alone.
His partnership with fellow Warriors striker Prince Dube is beginning to look dangerous, with Dube already on six goals since joining Hardrock.
The combination has given Hardrock a potent attacking punch, with Navaya providing the goals and Dube adding his own firepower to keep defenders under pressure.

For Navaya, though, the mission is straightforward.

That is all that stands between the reigning Golden Boot winner and the tally that made him Zimbabwe’s Soccer Star of the Year last season.
