Gwanda town is set to come alive this Saturday as South African Amapiano star Eemoh is billed to perform in the mining town.
The event will be held at Phoenix Shisanyama and will feature Harare-based artiste Hwinza as a supporting act. The gig will also showcase an exciting line-up of local talent, including Kay_Kid Umfanomsotho, Blvck Operation, Virus, Msaigwa, Keitho, Skot Mangena, and MC Freddy K.
With Eemoh repositioning himself under new management to expand across Africa, this show marks his debut live public performance in the heart of Matabeleland South’s capital.
Event organiser DJ Keitho said the gig signals the return of high-quality live music experiences to Gwanda.
“Phoenix Shisanyama is once again back to give people value for their money. Starting this week, we’ll be hosting regular shows as the summer season begins.
“More regional acts will follow, and as always, we’ll use the opportunity to promote local artistes so they can mingle and network with renowned acts on and off the stage,” said DJ Keitho. – @mthabisi_mthire
