HARARE-BASED Afro-fusion artiste Kudzai Andrew ‘Andy Muridzo’ Ngwenya won the custody of his two minor children on Friday.

Muridzo and his ex-wife Chido ‘Mai Keketso’ Manyange appeared before the Harare Civil Court in a child custody dispute over the minors.

“Both parties have reached an agreement that the applicant (Muridzo) will have custody of their two children, while the respondent can have the kids during the first two weeks of school holidays and weekends at her own expense,” said Muridzo through his legal representative, Chodochamaria Nyanhongo.

Magistrate Nyasha Marufu, however, ordered Muridzo and his estranged wife to write a formal agreement stating that the children would not be separated.
