Mr Gweshe replaces Mr Phillip Chigumira, who died in a car accident in June.

Mr Gweshe has been with Cairns Holdings for 12 years first as the Group’s Finance Director and more recently as Acting Group Chief Executive having been appointed in June.
Cairns Holdings, which is listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, produces a wide variety of groceries and wine.
