NEW: CEO Africa Roundtable expands to Zambia

Online Reporter

The CEO Africa Roundtable successfully launched its Zambian Chapter in Lusaka in May, as part of the organisation’s strategy to grow its footprint on the continent.

It recently launched the Malawi Chapter and could do the same in East Africa before year-end.

Zimbabwean companies have invested in various sectors of the Zambian economy, including agriculture, banking, construction and telecommunications.

Zimbabwe Ambassador to Zambia Mrs Charity Charamba said the launch of the Zambia Chapter will provide more opportunities for private and public business executives in both countries to work together.

“I would like to congratulate CEO Africa Roundtable for launching the Zambian Chapter. This will provide an opportunity for business executives from our two sister republics in both the public and private sector to work together and advance the economic prosperity of our two countries,” she said.
