A NEW gospel musical group, called Impactful Praise has been formed in Mhondoro Ngezi with its inspiration drawn from renowned gospel groups like Zimpraise, Joyful Praise and The Unveiled.
Speaking to H-Metro, the group’s director, Lloyd Chimakure, said:
“We were inspired by the talent we have locally here in Turf to form this group
“There are currently close to 40 members and we are still open to welcome new members to the group.”
Chimakure said they believe they can make a tremendous impact to the lives of many who are facing different challenges.
“There are already three singles coming out soon and we are happy as a group
“The singles are Nokutenda, Hamutisiye and Ndongoudza Jesu.”
Chimakure, who is popularly known as Dash, runs a studio and all the productions will be done at his studio.
He is also a graphic designer and a renowned photographer.
The group has an executive where Karen Kondowe is the secretary.
“We are open to performing at different functions like weddings, funerals and other gatherings to make it easy for us to spread the gospel to as many people as possible.”
