AFRO-FUSION artiste Gushungo (real name Tatenda Gomwe) has a lot on his plate.
The 33-year-old musician has completed his latest album, “Dzimwe Nhambo”, which is set to be launched on March 28.
After the album launch, the “Dziva reNjuzu” singer will then concentrate on preparations for his maiden tour in the United Kingdom.
Gushungo will perform at four venues from June 2 to the end that month.
On the 10-track album, Gushungo collaborated with Roki, Mbeu, Killer T and DJ Shugeta on some of the songs.
“I love You”, “Ndofamba Naye”, “Wadzanai”, “Musha Wangu” and “Amaka”, which he did with Roki, are some of the tracks on the forthcoming project.
Peter Moyo, Progress Chipfumo and Diana Samkange will perform at the album launch.
“I am still running around tying the loose ends,” the mbira player.
“However, I can safely say that almost everything is set for the launch.”
“Dziva reNjuzu” is doing well on the market as the singer has been receiving positive feedback.
