ZANU PF will this week convene its inaugural Strategic Seminar for Central Committee members, as the party moves to strengthen internal coordination and strategic focus.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, ZANU PF Secretary for Information and Publicity Ambassador Christopher Mutsvangwa said the seminar will be held in Gweru at the ZANU PF Convention Centre starting tomorrow.
“The Secretary-General of ZANU PF, Cde Advocate Jacob Mudenda, notifies all members of the inaugural Strategic Seminar for Central Committee Members,” reads the statement.
“It shall be held in Gweru at the ZANU PF Convention Centre from the 4th of February to the 8th of February 2026.”
According to the statement, all Central Committee members are expected to attend, with the exception of Politburo members and their deputies.
The seminar is expected to focus on strategic issues affecting the party and its programmes, in line with ZANU PF’s guiding principles of unity, peace and development, as well as the broader Vision 2030 agenda.
The Central Committee is one of ZANU PF’s key organs, playing a critical role in policy direction and implementation between party congresses.
