NGEZI Platinum Stars coach Tonderai Ndiraya has been named the Castle Lager Premiership Coach of the Month for July.
The award is the second for the former Dynamos coach after he also won the May Coach of the Month Award,
Ndiraya’s forward Admire Dzvukamanja was also rewarded for his brilliant show by being named Player of the Month.
Ndiraya’s men are currently leading the log standings with 43 points and look good value for the championship this year, although there are many hurdles still to be cleared. Their next match is against CAPS United, the defending champions in midweek. The two sides drew in the reverse fixture in Mhondoro.
Ndiraya knows he needs to beat a club of the pedigree of Makepekepe for his men to get the confidence they need for the marathon.
