NIGERIAN gospel jazz star, Nathaniel Bassey, is expected in Harare tomorrow night ahead of the “Fearless Praise Concert” to be held at Celebration Centre on Africa Day.

Bassey is well known for his #HallelujahChallenge, which he started in June 2017, where he and other believers worship God for an hour, from midnight to 1 am and in less than a month, he had over 600,000 views on Instagram.

He is expected to share the stage with Pastor Bonnie Deuschle, Janet Manyowa, Tembalami Praise and Ellard Cherayi at the Celebration Centre.

In an interview with H-Metro, show coordinator Thandi Nyoni said they have been an overwhelming response from fans.

“Nathaniel Bassey is a worshipper who many can relate to and often worship to. Since since he has also never been to Zimbabwe, it is humbling that he took the time from his ministry to worship with us.

“Fearless Praise had stopped and it’s only recently that Celebration Ministries thought it ideal to bring Fearless Praise back to life and we can finally meet and worship together like we did before Covid 19,” she said.

Manyowa hosted an event dubbed “A Night of Thanksgiving” at the Celebration Centre, which had a massive turn out.

Tickets are going for US$10 for the Amphitheatre experience, US$20 for Standard tickets and US$40.
