adminLIMPOPO cops have arrested nine suspects that were found in possession of large quantities of drugs.
The suspects were arrested on Wednesday during an operation conducted at Wolsberg mountains near Ga-Molepo outside Polokwane.
a�?TheA� nine suspects between the ages of 28 and 36 were arrested and 49 plastic bags containing the Khat drug were confiscated.
A white Isuzu bakkie, white Colt bakkie, and a blue Mazda bakkie were also confiscated,a�? police spokesperson Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo said.
According to Mojapelo, the confiscated drugs are estimated to the value of R118A�000.
All the nine suspects will appear inA� the Mankweng Magistratea��s Court soon facing charges of possession and dealing in drugs.
