Nisha TS, ExQ, Chillspot, Voltz to light up Castle Lager Braai Fest in Chitungwiza and Marondera

THE 10th edition of the Castle Lager Braai Fest will be held in Chitungwiza and Marondera this weekend as it will play host to the two first micro braais.

Monkey Shoulder in Chi-Town will host the event on Saturday which, will be headlined by Chillspot Family, Voltz JT, DJ Mafresh and DJ KIng Urah.

Chipiwa Gardens in Marondera will host the Braai on Sunday with Nisha Ts, Ex Q, DJ Spencer and DJ Ellaboy entertaining the crowds.

In a statement, Castle Lager said in marking a decade of hosting the Castle Lager National Braai Festival, they will host 10 Braai outings in 10 cities before the national one set for October 18.

“To commemorate this milestone, Castle Lager has launched an exciting series of 10 Micro Castle Lager Braai events across 10 cities in 10 braai hotspots throughout Zimbabwe, which are running every weekend building up to the big day.

“This unique celebration gives Castle Lager an opportunity to reach and celebrate with more consumers who come together as friends to enjoy the cherished braai occasion. Each micro event will feature electrifying live performances by a diverse lineup of local artists and DJs, creating unforgettable experiences that blend great music, braai, and the unmistakable taste of Castle Lager, our brand which has stood the test of time,” said the organisers.

Castle Lager will also take the opportunity to initiate their corporate social responsibility (CSR).

“In a heartfelt gesture of giving back to the community, Castle Lager will donate 10 state-of-the-art hospital beds to a local hospital in each city hosting a micro braai event at the end of the campaign.

“This initiative underscores Castle Lager’s commitment to supporting the communities that have embraced the brand over the past 130years.

“The series of micro events will culminate in what will be the ultimate Castle Lager Braai on Saturday, October 18 at Glamis Arena in Harare, promising a grand celebration filled with vibrant local and international entertainment, delicious food, and the camaraderie that defines the Castle Lager Braai experience,” said the organisers.
