Zimbabwe will continue to thrive against all odds, even illegal sanctions cannot stand on its way as citizens continue to be inspired by the sacrifices of the heroes and heroines of the nation to do better, President Mnangagwa has said.
In his National Heroes Day address at the National Heroes Acre, President Mnangagwa said the past will always inspire the future of the nation.

“Even in the midst of neo-colonial machinations and illegal sanctions imposed on us, let us honour our heroes with a promise that their sacrifices will serve as our light and inspiration,” he said.

“We vow to resolutely protect the integrity of our Independence and the interests of our nation against those who wish us to fail.”
