Actress and media personality Ntando Duma has returned to our screens in the much-anticipated second season of Shaka iLembe, and she’s once again bringing fire and flair to her character, Queen Bhibhi ka Sompisi.
Queen Bhibhi, first introduced in Season 1 Episode 6, is the ninth wife of King Senzangakhona. Known for her bold attitude and manipulative ways, Bhibhi quickly became one of the show’s most talked-about characters.
Her fiery nature and determination made her a key antagonist in the royal household, especially for Queen Nandi, Shaka’s mother. Bhibhi’s actions played a major role in driving Queen Nandi and young Shaka out of the palace—a pivotal moment in the show’s storyline.
In Season 2, Ntando Duma steps back into Bhibhi’s shoes with even more confidence and power. The new season picks up with major changes in the royal court following King Senzangakhona’s departure, and Bhibhi continues to stir drama with her unshakable attitude and sharp tongue.
