Nyambirai buys Pelhams stake

Market sources told The Herald Business Mr Nyambirai acquired 358 207 502 Pelhams shares on Tuesday in a special bargain deal worth US$2,5 million.

While the share certificates have been delivered to Mr Nyambirai, the settlement was yet to go through due to a few issues yet to be ironed out.
Mr Nyambira bought the shares from Mr Oliver Chidawu.

Mr Nyambirai acquired the shares at 58 percent premium. Pelhams, which is listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, traded at US53c a share yesterday.
