Parliament interviews prospective ZEC commissioners

The Parliament’s Committee on Standing Rules is today carrying out interviews of prospective commissioners for the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC).

The CSRO shortlisted 32 candidates for the six vacancies in ZEC that will arise next month.

The Constitution empowers the CSRO to carry out public interviews for ZEC and other commissions established by Chapter 4 of the Constitution.
