Several people are feared dead after a Pavillion bus travelling from Karanda, Mt Darwin, was involved in an accident early this morning.
Although the police could not be drawn to comment, an eyewitness, Mr Richard Mwandira said the bus had a tyre burst and overturned.
“I arrived at the scene soon after the accident which occured around 5am this morning.
“The bus was travelling from Karanda to Harare. Its tyre burst at a bridge near Madziva and it overturned. When l got to the scene, several people were trapped in the bus, waiting for help,”said Mr Mwandira.
