Pires salutes Ozil

LONDON. — Arsenal legend Robert Pires has likened Mesut Ozil to French great Zinedine Zidane.
The Germany international has settled seamlessly in north London after signing from Real Madrid on transfer deadline day, opening his account for the Club against Napoli and laying on five other goals.

Pires has no doubts that Ozil will be a major success at Emirates Stadium and believes that the signing represents a real statement of intent. “I think that Arsène Wenger and Arsenal have signed a world class player in Mesut Ozil,” Pires told Arsenal Magazine. — Sky Sports.
