Both teams do not have competition in their region to constitute a Division Two League.
Playing in their province is expensive as this means travelling to Esigodini, Gwanda and Beitbridge covering in some cases almost 450km.
League secretary Washington Sithole who chaired the meeting said: “We had passed the resolution that teams outside the 40km radius cannot participate in the Bulawayo Division Two League but the decision was reversed on Sunday because we realised that these two teams had no opponents in their region with whom to compete,” he said.
Meanwhile, Tsholotsho FC and Sizane Fruits and Vegetables were honoured at the same meeting for winning promotion into the Southern Region First Division.
The two teams were presented with shields and medals that were donated by ZIFA president Cuthbert Dube.
The same shields and medals were also presented to Central Region, made up of Midlands and Matabeleland South provinces.
Sithole announced at the same meeting that Makokoba Warriors and Khami FC had been demoted from Division One.
Registration for Division Two teams has been set for 28 February and the league is expected to start sometime in March.
