Muza is alleged to have presented a faudulent document in an urgent chamber application at the High Court.
The case was reported at Harare Central Police Station and the IR number is 090191.
The complainant in the matter is Engineer Antony Parehwa a director of Jockstar Investments (Pvt) Ltd, IBI Property and Infrastructure and Unitime Investments.
Muza is a former lawyer of Gutu and Chikowero Legal Practictioners.
The law firm was hired by Assetfin and now he is representing Shopex (Pvt) Ltd.
While at Gutu and Chikowero, Muza allegedly handled cases involving Jockstar and Shopex.
It is alleged that on August 2 Muza allegedly submitted an attachment of an agreement of cancelletion purpotedly between Jockstar and Shopex in an urgent chamber application.
The complainant says the agreement was fruadulent and it sought to deny or reverse an agreement of sale that was entered into by the two parties.
The presentation at the High Court, the complainant reported, is fraud and constitutes misrepresentation.
The complainant told police that the agreement of cancellation says no money was paid when in actual fact money was paid as the ruling by Justice Kudya explained.
It is alleged that Muza is aware of the transaction between Jockstar and Shopex as it is the law firm in which he worked that handled the payments on behalf of Shopex.
Instead of assisting the court as expected of him, it is alleged, Muza misrepresented the transaction in support of Shopex.
