Holly’s entertainment manager Tinashe Zekiya said he was yet to figure out where they went wrong but promised a better show next time.
“We might have put up a poor show last Friday, but that should not paint our venue black because you win some and lose some.
“I think it was a case of wrong timing and the wintry night was deterrent for most revellers.
“I don’t want to blame anyone for what happened especially the DJs who jostled to play.
“The show was not that bad, but we started very late due to logistical problems. Those are some of the small things we have to sort out next time,” said Zekiya.
The show, which was supposed to start before 8:30pm, was delayed for more than five hours and saw Cndo coming on stage around 1am.
Despite the low turnout, Cndo went on to put a scintillating show and proved why she is among “Durban’s Finest”.
For close to 40 minutes behind the decks, she churned out some of her best kwaito hits as well as those by other DJs.
