President consoles Mphambela family

President Mnangagwa has today paid his condolence to the Mphambela family following the death of Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Veterans of the Liberation Struggle Affairs, Mr Clive Mphambela.


Mr Mphambela died on July 27 in a road traffic accident.

The Head of State and Government visited the Mphambela family home in Westgate to commiserate with the family.

In his eulogy, President Mnangagwa said Mr Mphambela distinguished himself, resulting in him being appointed to several positions in Government departments.

Several Permanent Secretaries, led by Chief Secretary, Dr Martin Rushwaya were also at the funeral wake.

Mr Mphambela is expected to be buried today at Glen Forest cemetery.
