President donates to Bondolf Teachers College

The donation was done at State House at a ceremony attended by acting Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education Dr Ignatius Chombo, senior Government officials, lecturers and students from the college.

The President said he was touched by the plight of the institution during his visit.
“When I visited your school for the first time I was extremely impressed but I was also dismayed that there were these shortcomings that were narrated to me,” President Mugabe said.

He added that the adoption of ICTs was of paramount importance in modern day education and urged the institution to put the computers to good use.
