President Mnangagwa to meet Chevrons

President Emmerson Mnangagwa is set to meet the Zimbabwe Cricket national team following their historic appearance at the ICC Men’s T20 World co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka.

Leading the national team is Zimbabwe Cricket board chair, Tavengwa Mukhulani.

Zimbabwe bowed out of the tournament in the Super 8 after finishing the group stages unbeaten.

On their way to the Super 8, Zimbabwe beat Australia, Oman and co-hosts Sri-Lanka.

Zimbabwe fell short of a semi-final berth after losing almost three matches to South Africa, India and West Indies.
