RENOWNED Bulawayo-based Prophet Madzibaba Mutumwa has prophesied that President Mnangagwa will win the forthcoming harmonised elections resoundingly.
Madzibaba Mutumwa said President Mnangagwa is a God-ordained leader whose success during his first term could be attributed to God who appointed him.

“I want to thank Zimbabwe for being united and peaceful during the election campaign season. I have been visiting various places and people countrywide who we have been assisting on various issues. I have also been praying for the country and its people. In my travelling around the country, people have been enquiring what the future holds for Zimbabwe.
As such I went to pray in a mountain called Guruguru at Pakare, Shurugwi where the Holy Spirit told me that God was listening to his people,” Madzibaba Mutumwa told Sunday News.
“I was instructed by the Holy Spirit to tell the people of Zimbabwe that President Emmerson Mnangagwa will win the elections resoundingly. As I was praying, I saw a star and, in that star, there was President Mnangagwa’s face.
This star was surrounded by people from Zimbabwe. What made me see that they were Zimbabweans is that they were wearing Zanu-PF regalia. I also saw opposition parties’ supporters removing their regalia and wearing the Zanu-PF one.”
He said he enquired of the Lord on what that vision meant and was told that President Mnangagwa would win resoundingly in the forthcoming harmonised elections.
“The Holy Spirit told me that this meant President Mnangagwa will win the elections and these people surrounding him were supporting him because he has uplifted their lives. I saw more minerals being discovered in the country which include oil, gas and more investors coming into the country.
The Holy Spirit told me that the reason why we see most of the development was that we are being led by a leader who was ordained by God,” said Madzibaba Mutumwa.
Meanwhile, the prophet said he will be holding a prayer of peace at the church’s Selbourne Park shrine from 10 to 13 August. The country is going for elections on 23 August.
