PUMULA North residents woke up to a pile of litter dumped at a thriving maize field near Intemba Road, sparking anger in the neighbourhood despite the fact that the council refuse collection truck had collected garbage on Thursday.
Irate residents ransacked through the litter and found papers bearing an address, including old exercise books with children’s names written in them.
Following the discovery, a delegation was sent to summon the tenants.
