RAPPER Tozzy Touch is set to release his fourth album, HOT, on Friday. The album follows his previous releases, 2ooomonsters, 2K Monsters and Strange Paradise, and showcases a more refined sound while maintaining his signature creativity.
HOT features eight tracks: In God We Trust, Saturday Night, Skeletons, Cycles, Typa Way, Nuff Space featuring Chizzy Darest, Pack It Up and Rebellion. Production is handled by Ghawdzilla, Leemzy Beats, Imhighimsorry and Elmic Beats.
Speaking about the project, Tozzy Touch said HOT represents a place, person or feeling that people long to return to because of the comfort and fulfilment it brings.
“HOT is that place you’ve been to, but always can’t wait to visit again. It could be a person you always can’t wait to see again just to experience their presence or the feeling they give you. I know some will describe it as a healing experience.
“Sonically, it draws from different sound elements and vibes, unintentionally creating its own universe with a unique texture,” he said.
A listening session ahead of the release suggests HOT is a polished body of work that captures the evolution of Tozzy Touch as a young artiste, blending introspective themes with experimental production.
