RAPPER TRAP DEE MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

ZIM hip-hop artist, Trap Dee, is fast becoming one of the country’s most exciting rap talents.

Fans praising his consistency, unique sound and relentless work ethic.

Born Tinotenda Musareka, the rapper has been earning admiration from music lovers who believe his determination is bringing fresh energy to Zim hip-hop.

Many say his rise proves that dedication and consistency matter more than self-proclaimed titles in the music industry.

In an interview, the rapper said he has remained focused on improving his craft every day instead of chasing popularity.

“I believe in letting the music speak for itself. Every project I release is another opportunity to show people who I am as an artist.

“Consistency is what keeps me going,” he said.

The 26-year-old said he is grateful for the support he has received from fans, adding that their encouragement motivates him to keep working.

“I appreciate everyone who has been supporting my journey.

“Every stream, every share and every message pushes me to work even harder because I know people believe in what I’m doing,” he said.

Trap Dee said he wants to contribute to the growth of Zimbabwean hip-hop by remaining authentic.

“My goal is to make music that people connect with while helping take Zim hip-hop to another level.

“I’m not competing with anyone, I’m competing with the person I was yesterday,” he said.

Fans say the rapper’s work ethic is setting him apart from many upcoming artists.

Harare-based hip-hop fan, Tapiwa Moyo, said Trap Dee has shown that consistency is the key to building a lasting career.

“Every time you check for Trap Dee, there’s something new.

‘He’s always creating, and that’s why people are paying attention to him.”

Another fan, Nyasha Chikore, believes the rapper is giving local hip-hop a fresh identity.

“His sound is different, and he has remained focused.

“It’s exciting to see a young artist who is determined to build his career instead of relying on hype.”

Ashley Dube said Trap Dee’s journey carries an important lesson for Zimbabwean musicians.

“He has proved that you don’t become relevant because you call yourself a king or queen.

“You stay relevant by consistently pushing your craft and giving fans quality music.”

The rapper’s growing popularity has also sparked optimism about the future of Zimbabwean hip-hop, with many supporters tipping him as one of the country’s next major stars.
