Zimbabwean social media and hiphop circles have been buzzing over Richslug’s association with Holy Ten, his links to international musicians and his Lamborghini Urus.

But the man behind the flashy lifestyle insists there is more to his story than meets the eye.

Born Richard Mille, Richslug has been building a profile as a musician, music executive and entrepreneur, with his Dubai lifestyle attracting attention and raising questions about the business behind the bling.

His relationship with Holy Ten has particularly sparked speculation about possible collaborations, following their reunion ahead of the release of Risky Life 3. “Holy Ten and I go back to 2022, so our relationship is not something that happened overnight,” Richslug said. He revealed that Holy Ten reached out while he was in South Africa, where they linked up, listened to the album before its official release and shot videos together. “I enjoyed listening to what he had been working on. My personal rating of the album was a 10 out of 10,” he said.

While fans have been left wondering whether the association will produce new music, Richslug hinted at plans for 2027. “We have big plans that we hope to put into motion in 2027, although I cannot reveal all the details at this stage,” he said.Beyond Holy Ten, Richslug has been seen alongside international artists including J Hus, Fredo, Marnz Malone and Stefflon Don, fuelling curiosity about his growing celebrity network.

“Being based in the UAE, particularly Dubai, has given me access to an international entertainment environment that I find very exciting,” he said.

Richslug said some connections developed through mutual contacts, while others began on social media. “Marnz Malone reached out to me on Instagram about getting into the studio,” he revealed. However, he insists that celebrity encounters must translate into meaningful relationships and opportunities.

“Anyone can take a picture with someone famous, but the real value lies in the conversations you have afterwards, the relationships you maintain and the opportunities you create together,” he said.

Then there is the Lamborghini Urus, the luxury SUV he acquired at the age of 22, which helped put his lifestyle under the social media spotlight.

While the vehicle has attracted admiration, Richslug says it was the fulfilment of a personal ambition rather than the ultimate measure of success.

“The Lamborghini Urus has always been my dream car. I always believed I would get one eventually, but I did not necessarily expect it to happen at 22,” he said. He attributed his progress to business interests, music and exploring multiple income opportunities, including cryptocurrency investments.

“People will see the car, the pictures and the lifestyle on social media. What they might not see is the thinking, the decisions, the business activities and the discipline that go into building towards your goals,” he said.

His entrepreneurial interests include Mille Prestige (Pty) Ltd, a company he founded with his uncle that operates in IT supply, logistics and general trade.

“The company was founded by me and my uncle, and our business scope covers IT supply, logistics and general trade,” he said.

“I prefer to think of wealth as something you build rather than something you simply display.”

Richslug’s journey began in Glen View, Harare, where he says his supportive family helped him while he developed ambitions beyond his immediate surroundings. His father’s experience as a DJ also sparked his early interest in music. Now based in Dubai, he hopes to build an international music career while investing back home and creating opportunities for young Zimbabwean creatives.  “I want my journey to show young people that where you start does not have to determine where you finish,” he said.

With an EP in the pipeline and potential collaborations on the horizon, Richslug believes his biggest achievements are still ahead.

“I want to build a legacy that goes beyond what I own. I want my name to represent ambition, resilience, faith and the courage to pursue something bigger,” he said.
