Rojo for United

LONDON. — Marcos Rojo has announced he is leaving Sporting Lisbon for Manchester United. Rojo issued a grovelling apology to Sporting for failing to attend training in a bid to push through his move to Old Trafford. And it appears the Argentina international has got his wish, having told Radio Continental in his homeland he has sealed a ‘dream’ switch to United. “I am at home with the family in Portugal, but getting ready to travel to Manchester tomorrow [yesterday],” Rojo said on Monday night.— Daily Express-The Mirror.
