SA readies for Zim tie

JOHANNESBURG. — The South African Under-23 national soccer team has started camp in preparation for a clash with neighbours Zimbabwe on July 19 at Rufaro in a critical Rio 2016 Olympic Games qualifier.

The winner of the South Africa/Zimbabwe two-legged encounter will qualify for the Eight Nations qualifying tournament which will serve as a final qualifier for the Rio Olympics. The 8 Nations tournament in Dakar, Senegal will be played from November 28 to December 12, 2015.

All training sessions will take place at Nike Centre.

The team will depart for Harare on July 17. — SuperSport.com.
