“I’m incredibly excited for the opportunity to join Harlequins. Adding value to the jersey means a lot to me, I can’t wait to get started,” said Sigauke.

Having had his eye on Sigauke for a while, Quinns head Coach Jason Gilmore expressed his profound admiration for the youngster.

“He’s got tremendous speed and footwork that makes him a real handful for any defence, and we believe he’s got all the raw tools to become a weapon for us out wide.

“What excites us most is his potential — he’s still developing as a player, and we can’t wait to see how he grows within our environment as he takes the next steps in his career,” said Gilmore in social media.

Sigauke will next week join a star studded roster of seasoned international players that are in the ranks of the illustrious Harlequins squad, in preparation for their upcoming Premiership Rugby Cup game against rival outfit Leicester on September 5.
