Sanchez heads to Emirates

LONDON. — Alexis Sanchez was yesterday reportedly flying to London to complete his transfer to Arsenal after rejecting moves to Juventus and AC Milan. The Gunners are reported to have agreed a £32 million fee to sign Sanchez following days of speculation and the switch was yesterday edging closer to completion.

Arsenal want their move finalised by the start of next week.
The Chile star’s representatives were expected to arrive in London yesterday to hold talks with Gunners officials in the coming days.

Sanchez is set to be offered a similar wage as current top earner Mesut Ozil, who earns £140 000-per-week.
According to the Italian press, the Chilean, who turned down Liverpool last week, received late offers from Juventus and Milan on Monday — both of whom were offering huge salaries.

However, he has rejected both clubs and was now heading for England to finalise his switch to the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal were also expected to complete the signing of the France international Mathieu Debuchy yesterday. Debuchy has undertaken a medical at Arsenal and looks set to complete a switch from Newcastle United worth at least €10 million. — Daily Express-Sky Sports.
