Schumi leaves hospital

Former F1 champion Michael Schumacher has left a Swiss hospital to continue his recovery at home, his manager says.
She said in a statement there was “a long and difficult road ahead”.The ex-F1 champion suffered a head injury in a skiing accident in France last December and has been in the Swiss hospital since June.

Schumacher’s family in June announced that he was no longer in the medically induced coma he was placed in to reduce swelling in his brain. — BBC Sport
