The Castle Lager Premier Soccer League has given Scottland FC the green light to hike gate charges for their home match against Caps United.

Scottland is set to host Caps United on Sunday at Rufaro Stadium.

The premiership newcomers requested a hike in gate charges for the match, and the request has since been granted.

Supporters will now be expected to pay US$5 for the rest of the ground, while tickets for the VIP Grandstands have been set at US$10.

Those who wish to watch from the VIP bucket seats will pay US$20, while the VIP directors’ enclosure has been reserved for PSL VVIP cardholders.

In a letter to Scottland’s chief executive officer, acting PSL chief executive officer Rodwell Thabe granted the request.

“We refer to your request for an upward review of gate charges for your Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match against Caps United FC. Your request has been approved, and the match shall be treated as a high-profile event.

“Therefore, the entry charges shall be as follows: Rest of ground – US$5, VIP Grandstands – US$10, VIP Bucket Seats – US$20, VVIP directors’ enclosure – PSL VVIP cards only,” reads Thabe’s letter to Scotland.
