NOKEL Security has increased its workforce by 100 in the last two months with Bulawayo and Harare branches enjoying increased business.
Managing director, Retired Colonel Kenneth Mhlophe said the company employed an additional 100 workers in the past two months.
He said he was excited about the Harare branch which he said was performing well since its opening in June this year.
“We have added 100 workers in the past two months bringing our staff complement to about 600 workers. We have workers in most parts of the country but our big numbers are in Bulawayo and Harare,” said Rtd Col Mhlophe.
He said the company had invested close to $40 000 to set up an alarm and CCTVs department which he said had a very positive impact on the business.
Meanwhile, the Bulawayo based security firm emerged winners of the Industrialist of the Year and Award of Excellence at the recently held Megafest 2017 Southern Region awards.
“We are very happy to win these awards and this shows that our services are recognised in the region. We will strive to offer the best security services in the region and beyond,” he said.
Rtd Col Mhlophe formed Nokel Security Private Limited company in 2001 and the company provides services to mines, manufacturing industries, warehouse companies, banks, property management consultants, hotels, fast food outlets, farms, residential properties and many others.
